Medium-chain fatty acids. This is a type of fat that is very quickly and efficiently “burned” by the body to produce energy. Used in a daily diet, it allows you to increase endurance, strength and muscle mass. This oil contains only medium-chain fatty acids, which contain 2 times more energy than carbohydrates and proteins.
RECOMMENDED USE : Initially, for the first 2 days, consume 1 tablespoon (14g) daily with a meal; later, the optimal daily portion is up to 3 tablespoons.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Consuming doses exceeding the equivalent of 100g at one time without prior adaptation may cause gastrointestinal problems.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
The product cannot be used by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
