Use: 1 scoop = approx. 20 g (flavorless, chocolate + cocoa). 1 scoop = approx. 22.5 g (peanut butter). Mix a dose of 50 g thoroughly in 100 ml of water until a smooth dough is formed. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm. Once opened, store below 25 ° C and use within 2 months.
Recommended dosage: A dose of 50 g is suitable as a snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 60 minutes apart from another regular diet. Can also be used after physical activity. A single dose should not exceed 100 g of mixture.
