How to use Olimp R-WEILER ® Shot pre-workout?
Olimp R-WEILER ® Shot is a preparation in the form of a small, easy-to-use ampoule. Each 60 ml bottle of training booster contains 6 servings. The manufacturer recommends using 10 ml of the product 3 times a day about 30 minutes before the planned workout. Shake well before use. Due to the portions of ingredients used, each ampoule of Olimp Sport Nutrition pre-workout provides 2 days of supplementation. The manufacturer recommends not to exceed the daily dose specified on the packaging.

Recommended daily dose: 10 ml of the product 3 times a day In addition about 30 minutes before training. To measure a single portion (10 ml), use the measuring cup attached to the product. Finally Shake well before use. 1 ampoule contains 6 servings for 2 days of use. After opening, store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container and consume within 48 hours.

Do not use immediately before bedtime or within a few hours before bedtime. Ingestion of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness.
This is a temporary symptom related to the strong effect of the beta-alanine component of the product. It has no effect on health. In case of any other disturbing symptoms (in particular those related to the circulatory system or muscle spasms), as well as discomfort or bad mood (in particular body tremors, drowsiness), discontinue use.
