7Nutrition SHORT DISTANCE GEL 75 g. Food supplement. Contains sugars and sweetener. Energy gel in a practical sachet. A composition of carbohydrates as a source of easily digestible energy for short-distance sports, with the addition of beta-alanine, glucuronolactone, choline bitartrate, and vitamin B3. The product is intended for people with increased physical activity.
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
1-2 sachets per hour of exercise. Maximum of 4 sachets per dat. Consume before or during intense exercise.

INGREDIENTS:
49 % maltodextrin; water; 15 % fructose; sodium citrate; acidity regulator: citric acid; glucuronolactone; beta-alanine; acidity regulator: tartaric acid; choline bitartrate; sodium chloride; cola emulsion (flavouring, colour E-150d); preservatives: sodium benzoate and sorbic acid; nicotinamide; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
