What is 7Nutrition Melatonin?

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

Ingredients:

Melatonin; bulking agent - inulin; cellulose capsule (HPMC).

Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime or otherwise after consulting a doctor. Do not use while driving, do not combine with alcohol and other drugs.
