Applied Nutrition Hydration Tablets Orange have been carefully developed to support the requirements that performance athletes have to ward off the effects of dehydration. Its commonly understood that effective hydration levels support optimal performance and muscle function during strenuous exercise, in warm environments, or where activities that take place over longer periods of time. However, water alone just isn’t enough to maintain this complex system of optimal hydration and electrolyte balances, and our hassle-free solution quickly dissolves in water to provide a functional hydration solution. If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced during and after activity, dehydration occurs. This imbalance in electrolytes, combined with a loss of fluid, causes negative effects that impact performance. Specifically it results in:

• an increase in core temperatures, reduction in nutrient absorption
• increase in heart rate
• increased carbohydrate depletion
• an increase in muscle loss along with a sharp decline in performance are the typical side effects that can be avoided.

Recommended Use:

Add one Hydration Electrolyte tablet to 200ml of water. Max 4 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
