Suggested Use:
Mix 1 scoop (30g) to 300ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker any time of the day to increase your daily protein intake. Beef-XP can also be mix with cereal, porridge, used in baking and in many other recipes to add flavour and increase lactose free protein. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommend.
