How to Use
Prepare
Clean and thoroughly dry your face to ensure optimal adhesion.
Apply
Remove the protective film and position the strip across the centre of your nose, just above the nostrils.
Press firmly on each end for approximately 10–15 seconds to secure the strip properly.
Breathe
Once securely applied, the strip gently lifts the sides of the nose to help improve airflow and support easier nasal breathing.
