Suggested use
BODYFUEL™ Hydration Tablets: Add one tablet (4g) to 500ml of water and allow it to dissolve completely. Consume once daily, preferably in the morning or around physical activity. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
BODYFUEL™ Creatine: Mix one 5g stick with water and consume once daily. Take consistently, including on rest days.
