About BCAA Amino-Hydrate 450g
BCAA Amino-Hydrate is a refreshing, sugar-free intra-workout and recovery drink containing 7.2g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio per serving. The formula also includes glutamine, citrulline malate and a blend of electrolytes and salts.
With zero sugar, zero carbohydrates and zero calories, it is ideal for drinking during exercise. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while the added electrolytes complement hydration during training.
Each 450g tub provides approximately 32 servings and is batch-tested for banned substances through the Informed-Sport programme.

Suggested use
BCAA Amino-Hydrate: Mix one scoop (14g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days. The manufacturer recommends one to three servings daily.
BODYFUEL™ Creatine: Mix one 5g stick with water and consume once daily. Take consistently, including on rest days, for best results.
Greens & Multivitamins: Take according to the directions provided on the product label, preferably with food.
