Suggested Use
Take one capsule daily in the evening with a glass of water, approximately 30–60 minutes after your final meal.
The capsule should not be taken on a completely empty or completely full stomach. Do not open the capsule, as its protective coating helps the probiotic cultures pass through the acidic environment of the stomach.
The manufacturer recommends taking Her Biotic for a minimum of one month and suggests an uninterrupted three-month course for the best results.
After three months, the manufacturer suggests a maintenance cycle of three weeks without the product followed by one week of use. This cycle may be repeated according to individual requirements.
