Maurten Solid 160 is a soft, oat-and-rice-based energy bar developed as a chewable carbohydrate fuel for endurance training, racing and everyday transitions between sessions. Each individual 55 g bar provides 40 g of carbohydrates and approximately 160 calories.
The bar is pre-cut into two equal portions, with 20 g of carbohydrates in each half, making it easy to calculate and adjust carbohydrate intake. Its mild, naturally oaty flavour offers athletes a texture alternative to gels and sports drinks.
Solid 160 contains the same amount of carbohydrates as Maurten Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160, making it part of Maurten’s modular endurance-fuelling system.

The bar is made with certified gluten-free oats. However, Maurten states that another ingredient may contain traces of gluten; therefore, the finished product is not certified gluten-free.

Suggested Use

The complete bar provides 40 g of carbohydrates. It can also be divided into two equal portions, with each half providing 20 g of carbohydrates.
