Recommended dosage:
3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach (about 30 minutes before breakfast) and 3 capsules at noon (about 30 minutes before lunch). Take regularly for three weeks, followed by a one-week break and again three weeks of regular use. It is not recommended to use it from the early evening to the night hours. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use:
