Recommended Use:
Shake a dose of 40 g intensively in a shaker with 250 ml of water or milk, till thickened. Based on daily protein need consume 1 – 2 portions per day, in between meals. Maximum 2 portions per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
