Intended for: Not so active people and intensively training athletes
Recommended dosage: use 1 capsule 30 minutes before the physical performance. Before the performance, the capsule may be combined with products based on carnitine. Maximum 1 capsule per day. Take with enough water. Do not use before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
