The composition of Olimp R-WEILER ® Shot is a mixture of five active ingredients. The basis of the formula prepared in the modern Research and Development Center of the pharmaceutical company Olimp Laboratories is a solid portion of beta-alanine, an amino acid popular in pre-workout dietary supplements, which is produced in the liver. How to use Olimp R-WEILER ® Shot pre-workout supplement?
Convenience of use is one of the many advantages of the Olimp Sport Nutrition pre-workout shot . You no longer have to take the entire package of your favorite pre-workout with you. Just throw a small, tightly closed glass bottle into your sports bag and drink the recommended dose before your planned workout.
1 serving is 10 ml of the product. It should be drunk about 30 minutes before training. To measure a single serving (10 ml), use the measuring cup included with the dietary supplement. Shake the glass vial vigorously, unscrew the cap, measure the portion and drink. Simple, right?

Recommended daily dose:
10 ml of the product 3 times a day, approximately 30 minutes before training. To measure a single dose (10 ml), use the measuring cup included with the product. Shake before use. 1 ampoule contains 6 servings for 2 days of use. After opening, store in a refrigerator, in a tightly closed container and consume within 48 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a vary diet. A balance diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommend.
Note: contains caffeine; not recommended for children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 290 mg/ daily portion = 30 ml (3 x 10 ml); 96.66 mg/ single portion).
