Shipping Costs

Delivery of orders over €30 to Malta are free of charge. Orders below €29.99 carry a delivery charge of €3.50. Delivery of orders to Gozo have a standard flat rate of €6.00 per order. We aim to delivery within 1-2 working days after an order is received. For shipping rates outside Malta, please refer to your delivery charges shown in your cart during checkout.

Express (same day delivery) is available for Malta deliveries only and has a flat rate of €7.50. Orders that are received after 3pm will be delivered the next day. This service is not available on weekends. Orders placed over the weekend when choosing this option will be delivered on Monday.

We ship to all European countries & UK at a fixed shipping rate of €30 for each order which is charged at checkout, this may take u to 15 working days and tracking is limited with the standard delivery option. EXPRESS €50 EU & UK deliveries are shipped with DHL Courier company and are delivered within 2-5 working days.

Every order will be dispatched on the next business day. Customers will be informed by email upon dispatch.

Payment Methods

All prices on our website are VAT inclusive where VAT rates apply. The VAT rate paid by customers for different items can be seen in detail at checkout.

Customers in Malta and Gozo can choose to pay upon delivery (cash or cheque) or online. Customers outside Malta and Gozo shall pay all orders online using our online payment gateway.

Clients who choose cash on delivery option must pay by cash and not by alternative methods such as Revolut/ BOV mobile.

Pick up Locations

Clients who choose to pick up their order from our warehouse can visit our warehouse at 62, Triq id-Drama Qormi as soon as the order is placed, provided this is done at the opening hours listed below. Both card and cash payments are accepted at our warehouse.

Cancellation

Only products available in stock can be added to the cart. In case of unavailability of the ordered product due to an error of stock, the customer will be informed immediately. The customer can either opt for a refund or a replacement of a product of the same price.

Return & Exchange Policy

If products received are defective or do not comply with the order, customers must notify proteinmalta.com within 2 (two) days of receiving the order. Please contact Protein Malta™ on:  contact@proteinmalta.com.

Protein Malta™ will only accept products that are intact, and in their original condition and packaging. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns should be delivered by the customer to the following address:
