CreAhead™ from Leap Nutrition™ is a creatine supplement that uses pure, super micronised creatine monohydrate. Moreover, it dissolves well and mixes instantly in water or fruit juices.
What is creatine?
The body creates creatine naturally after eating protein. Afterwards, your muscles convert creatine into creatine phosphate, which is then generated into adenosine triphosphate (ATC). The body uses this for explosive exercise. Instead of eating loads of protein, you can increase your creatine intake by using supplements. Creatine helps the body to produce more energy which in turn boosts your performance.
Who should use CreAhead™ ?
Creatine is recommended for all people practising any type of sports such as triathlons, bodybuilding workouts, team games (such as football and netball), martial-arts and any endurance sports including swimming and cycling.
Preparation and Recommended use:
Take 5g two times daily, evenly spaced, on an empty stomach. Use this product with BCAAs for better results.

Weeks 2-5: Maintenance (10g/day)
