6PAK Ashwagandha is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera). Ashwagandha is a plant adaptogen that supports the human body in the fight against stress. It also facilitates falling asleep.

Ingredients:
Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) [1.5% withanolide] (85.1%); capsule shell (gelatin; dyes – titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, patent blue V); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
May contain the unintentional presence of derivatives of milk, soy, gluten-containing cereals (wheat), eggs, peanuts and other nuts.
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule a day, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid, during a meal.
The product is recommended for people who train intensively and are particularly exposed to stress. The product should not be consumed when using drugs with sedative, hypnotic, antiepileptic effects, not used in children, pregnant women and during lactation.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Storage conditions:
Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, consume within 3 months.
