Ingredients:  Whey protein isolate ( from milk ), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. The product may contain egg white  and nuts .

Preparation method:  Dissolve 1 serving (35 g – 3 scoops of powder) in 100-200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Recommended consumption:  Training days: 1-3 servings per day (in the morning after waking up, after training and before going to bed). Non-training days: 1-3 servings. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
