Suggested Use of Applied Nutrition Velocity Fuel:
Consume orally 1-3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise to maximise carbohydrate utilisation and support exercise performance. Velocity-Fuel gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.
