Innovum Silica 30 Caps – food supplement. A composition of herb extracts – horsetail and nettle, sulfur amino acids (L-methionine, cystine), collagen protein hydrolysate with a complex of vitamins (among others, vitamin A, C, E, riboflavin, biotin, niacin) and minerals (zinc and copper).
Zinc, B-group vitamins (riboflavin, biotin, niacin) and vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of a normal skin. Vitamins C and E, riboflavin, zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Additionally, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

B1, pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folate, D-biotin – biotin], L-methionine, nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.), zinc gluconate, cystine, collagen protein hydrolysate, silicon dioxide, cupric gluconate, bulking agent – cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule – gelatine.
The product is intended as a food supplement especially for women And also for those who want to take care of a beautiful appearance and a proper condition of a skin, hair and nails.
Recommended use: 2 capsules daily during a meal.
