CITRULLINE MALATE – powdered dietary supplement containing citrulline malate and vitamin B6. Contains sweeteners. Cooling sour lemonade flavour. Vitamin B6 contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. Supplementation with citrulline malate in the amount of 8 g contributed to a significant increase in the number of repetitions in the bench press test and a decrease in muscle soreness after 24 and 48 hours.

Application
Olimp Citrulline Malate is a dietary supplement of the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand , intended for physically active people and athletes during exhausting endurance and strength training.
Recommended daily dose: 1 serving daily, approximately 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 1 serving (9 g powder = 3 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
