What is 7Nutrition Triphala?
7Nutrition Triphala is a dietary supplement containing a blend of of three plant extracts:
- Amla (Emblica officinalis)
- Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)
- Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
Also known as Indian gooseberry, the amla fruit is known for its effects in relieving constipation and also used in cancer prevention. Amlas are high in Vitamin C, amino acids and minerals. Bibhitaki is widely renown for its anti-inflammatory properties and also used in diabetes medicine to regulate blood sugar levels while Haritaki has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is also used for constipation. This product is recommended for daily support of the digestive system, especially for stomach and liver disorders.
Ingredients:
Triphala – a 3:1 extract of three fruits: amla (Emblica officinalis); bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica); haritaki (Terminalia chebula) in a 1:1:1 ratio standardized to min. 40% tannins; BioPerine® – black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) [95% piperine]; cellulose capsule (HPMC). Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule twice a day between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
