Extra special Galentine chocolate bars for some quick snack! if you are planning to celebrate Galentine’s or to see your friends today, this is a recipe is easy to make (30 min).
Ingredients
* 75g Coconut solids from canned coconut milk
* 100g Desiccated coconut
* 60g Metapure Whey Protein coconut
* 1 pinch Red food colouring drops
* 1 tbsp. Sugar-free vanilla flavour drops * 80g Dark Protein Chocolate
PREPARATION
1. Don’t shake the coconut milk can so the solids remain separated from the water.
2. Scoop out the coconut solids and mix with the Metapure Whey Powder, red food colouring and vanilla flavour.
3. Stir in the desiccated coconut and shape it into 9 bars.
4. Place on a lined baking tray and freeze for 10 minutes.
5. Melt the chocolate and coat the bars.
6. Freeze for 5 minutes.
7. Keep refrigerated for 3-5 day6s in an airtight container.
