Ingredients

for 1 person

  • 3 cups Whole oats
  • 3 tsp Raw cocoa
  • ½ cup Shredded coconut
  • 3 tsp Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp Stevia sweetener
  • 5-6 tsp Water

PREPARATION

Step 1: Blend the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Step 2: Form into balls and roll them in dried or grated coconut.

Step 3: Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes.

Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
